The package looked nice, but when I opened it, one of the items (the football mud) had leaked and got all over everything inside. For a package that cost about $50, I was disappointed with how it arrived.
Product is great as always, but during the order you had to redo it because “ systems were hacked” is scary I was told. Once it arrived it was missing part of the order and I still have not heard back about sending that missing part.
Works great but my mud was half gone and all over the box the seal wasnt attached on one side I think it not being sealed and the heat made most the mud leak out and get super dry. I added some water to remaining and was able to mud 1 football though.
Hi! Please email us so we can send a new one. The shipping companies are throwing the boxes so we have to secure the jars better. We are upgrading our sealing process to ensure the leaks stay minimal.
This item ships very fast and gets to you extremely quickly. The mud is very easy to spread on the Football Football and makes the football darker than any mud I’ve ever seen in all a great product and will definitely recommend for ball preppers
