The kit came in fast and it made the balls come out just how they needed to be for us. I love the dark color and the feel is almost perfection coming from a program just starting with new coaches.
My mud kit arrived with the mud container broken open and has mud all over the inside of the box, damaging the box and losing most of the mud. I sent 2 messages to you and no reply. It looks like the box got so hot it caused the mud to break its seal. For what it’s worth.
Hi David, we're sorry to hear about this issue. It looks like you messaged us on Friday. Please give us time to respond as we don’t work on the weekends. We made adjustments to the boxes for the future but putting them in a thick padded envelope. We will contact you today about the order and see what we can do to fix the situation!
Very pleased with the Football Mud Kit. Had 2 brand new Wilson GST's, I followed the online videos... and the endpoint was right on. It was a fun project actually. There is still plenty mud/moisturizer left for 2-3 + additional footballs.
