I ordered the prep kit 2.0. When I got the package it was the prep kit 1.0. The package did not ship until 10 days after the order. The delivery took over 15 days to get.
There was no communication from the seller. The product is good for what I received, but not what I ordered. Would like to do business again, but I am skeptical.
As far as the quality of the prep on the ball, maybe the best I’ve seen. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong ball tried to reach out to them to stop the shipment. No luck. I have had not satisfactory communication with them as far as a Return and or exchange for the right ball. Make sure you get everything right before you order or you will not be happy with your experience. It’s hard to believe that I would be in this situation with a company in 2026. Get some help on your end for us customers.
Service sucks.Don’t ship products right away. They wait a week before they ship.
