Over the past year, prices on many football prep products — including Wilson’s tack bar — have continued to rise. What used to be an affordable item for everyday use has become noticeably more expensive, especially for coaches, equipment managers, and players who go through them regularly.

To make things more accessible, we created our own Catalina Tack Bar — a cost-friendly alternative that applies easier and produces a higher sheen finish on leather. It gives the ball a clean, polished look without the high price tag.

Our goal wasn’t to compete with or replace existing products — just to offer a better-value option for people who prep footballs often and want consistent results without overspending.
